I like this camara and got what I expected for $100. The video option I think works better then the actual picture taking option. The picture taking mode has a pretty significant delay which can make it difficult to take pics... also the lighting needs can be a problem. But over all I like the camara and the video mode is fun and easy!

I bought this camera about a year ago mainly because my old camcorder was outdated. I love it from the beginning. The pictures are not perfect (color wise) but they are better than average. The lag in the cam between pressing the capture button and seeing the photo is annoying.

br /The camcorder feature is amazing. The videos are very nice and you can change the format that you can record in. The webcam feature is pretty good, too. The webcam images are extremely clear and not dark at all.

br /The only bad side to this camera is that if you're using it for a webcam you still need batteries which die frequently. But I love my cam so much and wouldn't trade it for the world.

I like this little camera. It does lag in picture mode but the video mode is great. The lighting is the problem though. You have to have great lighting indoors if you want to be able to see the video. The video may look bright on the lcd screen but when you put it on a computer the video is actually darker than it looked. The video mode works best outside in the daylight hours.
