Save your Money and burn your movies to DVD by using your computer. It's alot easier. We already have the Small WOnder Camcorder which we love so we only ordered the docking station. The docking station was unable to read the camera. This might be EZ for a rocket scientist but not your average user. We returned ours! Great idea if it actually worked!!!!!!
Unable to Record from an alternate source.

This item was advertised as being able to copy to a DVD from another source as well as the Camera i.e. Camcorder, VCR etc. I have tried every AV cable connection possible and am unable to get the machine to record a DVD from another source. I'm not satisfied.

I totally agree with the postings by R. Oatman (Lewistown, IL) and M.L. Burnham on this item. I've also tried ordering the RCA EZDVD2BD bundled item several times through Amazon, but each time, there is NO Camcorder in the box. Amazon promptly provides semi-automated email responses, but I've been unable to get any type of explanation as to how this error is repeatedly happening and how to resolve it to get the full product as advertised. I'm concerned about trying to order it again from Amazon. Amazon's telephone support is pretty helpful and better than email, but no one there seems to have any answers on the misadvertising or mispackaging of this bundled product. Too bad, it sounded like a nice product and purchase to me initially, but now I have doubts about what was advertised.

I have ordered 3 of these from Amazon in the past 10 days. NONE OF THEM HAD THE CAMCORDER IN THE BOX! Amazon's customer service is prompt and helpful--but this has been a real hassle.

I was unhappy when my son opened the much awaited package and the camcorder and a few other things were missing. I e-mailed the seller who originally said they would send the missing items---except for the camcorder!!! I decided to return the items, insured, costing me an additional $20.00 for shipping. I received an e-mail from the company satying that because the shipping material was missing, they were charging me a 25% restocking fee!!! I ended up paying more for the item than it was worth. VERY UNHAPPY!!!

I must say that this is not the most solid device I have ever purchased, and the load and finalizing time is a bit long. But for the price and size this is a great dvd recorder. I do not understand the other reviews on this product not working. I pulled the device out of the box, plugged the wires into my TV and into my camera and boom, I was recording DVDs. I can only assume they had there wires crossed. the interface is straight forward and the record quality is good. If you have space restraints, like me, this is a good option. If you have the space for a larger unit then I would go that route.
